Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager

As a CRM Manager (m/w/d) at FORMEL SKIN/VOY, you will take ownership of lead growth, newsletter performance, and strategic projects. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in building campaigns, analysing performance, continuously experimenting and iterating, and collaborating across functions. You will be a key player in setting up exciting journeys and scaling our growth efforts in CRM.
What you’ll be doing
Lead Conversion & Nurturing: Build and optimize journeys for newsletter signups, funnel abandoners, and returning leads. Use persona, behavioral, and source data to build segmented and personalised workflows. Collaborate across teams to tailor messaging to the user’s persona and journey stage.
Addressable Base Growth: Own all opt-in touchpoints, including newsletter pop-ups and onsite forms, and lead experimentation to improve performance. Track and improve double opt-in (DOI) rate and consent quality. Ensure opt-in tracking is consistent and compliant across platforms.
Strategic Partnerships & Campaigns: Drive CRM execution for key partnerships, brand launches, and other strategic initiatives. Coordinate stakeholders across CRM, Brand, Copy, Tech, and external partners. Apply CRM best practices to drive partner campaign performance.
Campaign QA, Monitoring & Hygiene: Own delivery and quality across lead and onboarding campaigns for CRM. Monitor deliverability, error rate, DOI trends, and other hygiene metrics. Troubleshoot proactively and build internal dashboards to surface learnings. Ensure all communications are compliant, consistent, and performing.
What you need to shine
3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in DTC, subscription, or eCommerce environments.
Proven experience creating and executing campaigns in tools like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
Confidence working with data platforms like Tableau, GA, or Looker to analyse performance.
Strong attention to detail—you notice what’s broken before anyone else does.
Comfort working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders in Brand, Copy, Performance, Data, Product, and Tech.
German and English fluency.
Structured, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
Nice to Have
Basic HTML for email QA.
Familiarity with GDPR/EAA and CRM deliverability best practices.
Experience launching referral, loyalty, or new marketing channels.
